Our driver delivers the dumpster to the agreed location on your property. The placement area must be firm, level, accessible, and have enough room for safe delivery and eventual pickup.
You Load the Dumpster
Customers are responsible for loading their own dumpster. Our standard dumpster rental service does not include labor for loading debris, furniture, construction materials, or other items.
Load only approved materials and keep all debris level with or below the top of the container.
Call or Text When You're Finished
Once your project is complete, contact us to schedule pickup.

CHC's 10-yard dumpster is $375, and our 15-yard dumpster is $450.Both standard rentals include seven days, delivery and pickup within 25 driving miles of our Fort Myers dispatch location, and one ton or 2,000 pounds of disposal.Extended delivery-area fees, extra rental days, excess disposal weight, blocked trips, or specialty disposal requirements may result in additional charges.

How long can I keep the dumpster?
The standard rental includes seven days. If you need additional time, the rental can be extended for $25 per additional day, subject to availability.

How much weight is included?
Each dumpster rental includes one ton, or 2,000 pounds, of disposal. Additional weight is charged at $100 per ton and prorated according to the disposal facility's certified scale weight.
HOW IT WORKS
Does CHC load the dumpster for me?
No. CHC provides the dumpster, delivers it to the approved location, and returns to pick it up. The customer is responsible for loading the dumpster as part of the standard rental service.

Can I put concrete in the dumpster?

Yes, general household furniture and property-cleanout debris are accepted. If the item includes an appliance, mattress, tire, or unusual material, contact us before placing it in the dumpster.
